Every taco we serve, from the Chorizo Vegetariano to the Fish Taco, to the Chicken Tinga are all pulled directly from Mexico's taco culture. We have dared to bring those flavours north and share them with you. It is time to taste a taco as it was meant to be; it is time for a true north Taco Revolution!

Classic Beef Taco
Lean ground beef, sautéed in our own Mexican spice blend, served with Mexican sour cream, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onion, and tomato
Chicken Tinga Taco
Shredded chicken and caramelized onion, slow-simmered in a garlic, tomato, and smokey chipotle base, served with Mexican sour cream, lettuce, and crumbled feta cheese
Cochinita Pibil Taco
Braised pork, pulled and marinated in a Yucatan spice blend, served with pickled red onion and cilantro
Refried Bean Taco
Seasoned refried black beans, topped with shredded lettuce, crumbled feta, and Mexican sour cream (vegetarian)
Shredded Beef Taco
Slow braised beef, stewed with Mexican spices, hand-shredded and served with melted cheese curds. Topped with diced onion and cilantro
Carne Asada Taco
Grilled and chopped skirt steak, perfectly seasoned and served with diced onion and cilantro
Pork Belly Taco
Hand-brined and slow-smoked fatty pork belly, chopped and seared on the grill, and served with diced onion and cilantro
Chorizo Vegetariano Taco
Tofu, lentil, and potato, marinated in an authentic chorizo spice mixture, grill-seared, served with diced onion and cilantro (vegan)
Grilled Fish Taco
Locally sourced Rock Cod fish, seared with lime and our own spice blend, served with fine shredded cabbage, crema and cilantro
